1. WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Our base is located in Tallahassee, Florida (USA).
2. DO YOU TRAVEL FOR BOOKINGS?
Yes, we are willing to travel for bookings. A travel & lodging fee will be included in your price for out of town sessions.
3. WHEN IS MY REMAINING BALANCE DUE?
Your remaining cost for booking is due the date of your session; unless arranged otherwise between both parties. Remaining balance is to be paid in full.
4. CAN I ADD SOMEONE TO MY SESSION?
Each package gives details about how many people can be added to your session. Additional cost will be included for each additional guest over the limit.
5. CAN I CHANGE MY OUTFIT DURING THE SESSION?
Each package gives details about how many outfit changes are available during your session. Additional cost will be included for each additional outfit. Your session time will not stop due to your changing (please be mindful of the time)
6. DO YOU CHARGE A LATE OR CANCELLATION FEE?
No - a late fee is not charged, but your session time will remain the same. Be mindful of your time to get the most from a full session. However, we do charge a cancellation fee unless the session is cancelled or rescheduled before 48 hours of the booking date. If unable to cancel within the requested time frame - please contact us as soon as possible to work out an agreement.
7. HOW LONG AFTER MY SESSION WILL I RECEIVE MY CONTENT?
For standard photo sessions your original photos (no edits) are expected to have a 3-5 business day turnaround or sooner. All video sessions are expected to have a 7-14 business day turnaround; unless explained otherwise.
8. WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE RETOUCHED/EDIT PHOTOS?
For package photo sessions with retouch/edit photo service, it's expected to have a 5-7 business day turnaround; unless explained otherwise. Clients have 8 days to submit retouch photos after receiving original photos from session. Any photos submitted after will not be retouched or will be an additional charge.
